Return Policy

If an item needs to be returned, please contact our: Return Request Email department first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All orders are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee plus our original shipping cost (deducted from any refund). Filters must be returned in original condition--clean, unused & in original packaging within 30 days of purchase, no returns over 30 days from date of purchase. You are responsible for safe return shipping: make sure that your item(s) are adequately packed and insured. Once you recive your RMA # the product must be shipped within 7 Days to be valid for credit.
